Kristine Erickson

At the age of 8, Kristine started her dance journey with Ballroom. Then as she entered high school, she explored different dance styles and decided to join the El Paso High School dance team, The Tigerettes, for 2 years. After her high school journey, she joined the contemporary dance company at NMSU for a year. Fast forward to present day, she is a senior at UTEP majoring in Psychology (Bachelors of Science). Although her future differs from other dance instructors, Kristine wants to continue working with children by becoming a child psychiatrist because her passion is guiding, assisting, and providing a stable and welcoming environment. She is trained in ballet, jazz, ballroom, lyrical, contemporary, and hip hop. Her favorite style of
dance to perform is jazz and lyrical.
