Stephanie manages overall studio performance, setting deadlines for staff tasks and overseeing customer service. She works closely with staff to ensure that the LAT Studio experience consistently exceeds expectations.

Samantha supports the Studio Director in daily dance division operations. She oversees curriculum, instruction, and professional development for all teams. Her role requires active involvement at the front desk and in classes, ensuring attendance, communication, goal-setting, event preparation, and strong enrollment. She helps plan rehearsals and guides instructors and students toward consistent, high-quality performance.
